Science Innovation and India

 As we know in India there is an exponential growth of research population. Any new concept   or ideas in the form of a paper done by a researcher has a dream of getting it published in   only in organisations owned by foreign societies. Are there not any Indian bodies doing this   job? Yes, there are many journals owned by Indian groups. But there are a list of short   comings in it. 1. If your hard work in the form of journal is published in almost any Indian   journals as of now, your doctorate  degree loses the value!?  2.The review methodology is not   up to the mark. For a review process to take place it is required to have a look at each and    individual word in the paper to be published. It should not be copied or should not contain   any wrong information. 3. It gives superficial and false citation numbers, (Citation:- it is   referring to the journal which is already published in your work for having its improvement   in technology or concept) means, form a group, give a name to journal, start publishing in   it irrespective of the standards, for reference or citations you cite only the journals   which are already published in the group previously, or by a journal owned by your friends   group.

So steps should be taken to stop this fraudulent business (for each paper to be   published in Indian journals are some times greater than their foreign counterparts) done by   these self interested selfish groups.   If we look at the other part of the world in research perspective we have the world class   research organisations like IEEE, science direct and Elsevier to name few of the circuit   branches. However in every field related technology and pure sciences there are separate   organisations which are internationally acclaimed.  All these don't have any of the   drawbacks as stated above. The reasons are, any of these are not small but having   international recognition and the number of international posts are more. These works only   for the upliftment of technology, and there are no hidden agendas of favour ism. If   everything is good in the other part of the world, where lies the problem?. The problem lies   in the subtle methods adopted by the developed countries to extract the knowledge and   information from all parts of the world for the benefit of its own good and selling the same   knowledge world wide and increasing the revenue if its own country, by keeping the system   friendly for authenticity and genuineness.

What happens to a country's development and   security whose people drain the knowledge outside for their own good?    The results are to be verified by the reviewers and are to be checked with claims made by   the author of the paper. As of now any person who is no researcher can publish a paper just   by falsely varying the results.So steps has to be taken to stop the people putting the ideas   into foreign journals by increasing the quality of Indian journals, The review process has   to improved in any Indian journal and set of rules are to be protocled to every journal groups   by the govt. Failing to abide by law strict actions are to be taken against those who play   with the future of the country.

  Now let us step by step move towards the grass roots of the problem, The educated and bright   , even if they go out for studies , they should be attracted to work in Indian research   organisations, as is done in by Israel and to some extent by Iran Governments. The young and   bright students with different backgrounds now-a-days are wrongly falling into prey of IT   field, which is no good to India in long run. So they should be attracted to work in research   field by giving or setting up research wings in every village. Steps or measures are to be   taken to educate people of how to do research with low costs and people in general should be   educated about research and its advantages. The general ideas of research from centuries in   India is that "researcher is no bread winner of family", due to this mentality, we are at   receiving ends in many fields. For example, there were many mathematicians who were present   from past thousand years back, but unfortunately according to my knowledge there is no   mathematical model of them available which helps us in creating a product, which explains   mathematically the development of it.  The kindling of idea to getting oneself into research on it, research tending into   implementation (for proving the result), from result into creation of white paper (which is   a documentation of developing a product), from product generation and serving into   market,from market to customers, this chain shouldn't cut anywhere, has to be taken care.Not   all products are for people in general. There are some products for a particular group, some    for people in general, for both suitable successful publicising has to be done. Here not all   ideas can be converted into a product, some good ideas are to be mixed with others to get a   proper shape. So in all fields there has to be one integrating body. Whose main job is to   look into different ideas, which are coming in different form (Some in nascent stage some in   ripe stage) and has to be integrated for the benefit of research technology and people. Here   we can take Iran as role model whose nuclear program is of indigenous talent.

 I happened to attend workshop on communication in one of the colleges organised by AICTE,   where I happened to meet one scientist in the field of RADAR, who claimed the new innovative   and indigenous methods adopted, I asked whether the ideas are published anywhere ?. No it   can't be published as it the development done in the field of RADAR for COUNTRY. One thing   I came to know is that she is not a phd (doctorate), which she would have easily got with her   work, but if done the secrecy can't be maintained. With these thought provoking words, I   was trying to find the real researchers who are in India in their entirety.

The Varieties

  A men's organisation has to be set up for the following reasons,   regarding the emotional turmoil that goes on as he sees a woman   with provocative clothes, the helplessness of him in any incident   for that matter that involves woman, it might be family issue, or a   road incidence or any incidence outside, like how he will be   targeted, handling of a situation by people of the same incidence   done by girl /boy, about discrimination done to a boy.   Are men's mind in disease from time immemorial? Does it needs a   treatment at least now? Or, is it the biological indications of the   health of men, when he sees a provocative incident. Here comes the   need of a proper definition of clothes/dress at the earliest. Woman   organisations say that, let they wear any kind of clothes, its   woman's wish. Why men should look and think and do all sorts of   nonsense, why can't they control or train their sons by parents to   not to think or do anything harmful.


On the other hand why can't   men do what ever they want when they see a provocative woman, its   men's wish. Here a question rises, Anyone can do watever they want   provided it should not harm others, here they are referring to the   harm caused to a woman by men. In the same way the emotions hurt   not only once but N No. of repeated hits in the minds of men which   forces a man to do such a heinous act in the eyes of society, which   in the minds of men is nothing but to do wat they wanted to do,   like women what they wanted to wear. Men's organisation should   shout the slogans saying that their act on woman is justified   until the turmoil of provocation is  removed from the minds of   them. If doing a heinous act is a disease on men's part, then   wearing a provactive dress even though she is capable of purchasing   a full good non revealing clothes is possible from her side, is   also a disease. If those types are wore in the name of variety then   doing the so called heinous act by men is also a kind of variety on   men's part.

 Men are naturally attracted to feminine counterparts, if there are   some variations in waves which women are also a part of it leads to   chaos in society in larger perspective.   Another new set of flow of thoughts come from the so called Women   protectionists that, everything is in the eyes and the minds of a   person. If that is the case, then consider a movies with a item   song, the very reason for the song is to have a different kind of   fun by the viewers, what is that diferent?. Till then was it not   the entertainment?. Yes it was, but how is this entertainment   different from that of the other one which you got even after   seeing the sacred love seen (in broader sense) of Hero and Heroin.   The other one what i talked was a passionate thing. So here comes a   question how are the audience able to distinguish between them, the   answer is simple just by looking and using their own minds, and all   are coming to a conclusion that one is Sattvic or the sacred one,   the other is passionate, no viewer irrespective of he/she with   getting themselves fooled come to the conclusions respectively,   likewise in the real world, let us not get fooled by telling   ourselves that a passionate looking creature is sattvic in nature.  In addition to this why the schools run by different organisations all over unanimously agree to have a Uniform, what you wear is a his/her choice why to force to have a uniform, the reasons might be to avoid differentiation among students which may finally create a unhealthy atmosphere, similarly if people in general if they wear something unacceptable, it may spoil the atmosphere of the society.

 However in our brain, every portion has got its contribution for   different activities, if it is triggered, it will do its job, one   basic funda which every individual has to understand that His brain   is different from her brain, means, it includes not only emotional   but physical also. MEN ARE EQUALLY EMOTIONAL, BUT THE WAY OF   EXPRESSION IS DIFFERENT THAN WOMAN. Its high time to make these   self analysis by all so that new healthy society can be developed.   Recently there was a big haul after the release of verdict by   Supreme court regarding the judgement of LGBT.

The ill reputed   jnana peeti (GK) was also present in the show off campaign only to   cater to his name and fame, with no proper mind in it. one of the   slogans read controlling of senses by saints is also unnatural,   which was more or less a kind of reply to the statement, the act of   love (so called) by same sex is unnatural.In that case,according to   them, anything which is awakening instantaneously and spontaneously   is natural, then The birth of awakening of senses or love (lust) in   the minds of a rapist should be natural according to their own   definition, which he/she if enforced, should be accepted whether   willingly or unwillingly and should not be branded as a crime. If   you now say that controlling of senses is required you don't have   any moral rights to say that, because, you only agreed that   anything natural if controlled will be unnatural. If you say   controlling is required the saint according to you saint is a   sinister on himself.

   Mind is the root cause of all actions. It is on the minds on which   the target is made on men (emotional) which after long tug of war   of control some men fail and tries to turn or forced to turn their   emotional fantasies to realities. In this long journey, who has   gone physical on whom and who has gone mental/emotional whom? Very   difficult to answer. The superficial answer turns into the favour of   women.  Now lets analyse in a different angle, can't a man/woman have   control on their sexual desires? S they can but not all. No   normal/common man cannot turn his eyes around whenever there is a   provocative seductress, let her be like that, there willingly or   unwillingly. (Here i'm also talking about a ugly woman with the   dressing what she had put on her). Let the man there be innocent   and Noble. Only people of higher order can do that, who are called   saints who have their interests and tastes in a higher platform   (not in Muladhara and Swadhishtna but in Sahasraara), So finally   telling not all are saints and cannot be.  all are not saints.

Govts role. A responsible Govt. should consider the views of Woman wing and   Men's wing, and should frame suitable laws amicably and should warn   them of consequences if the barrier is exceeded.  As of now, the actual victims or the  Poor prey's are innocent women (even dressed properly) and children   who undergo molestation, who don't know what is right and wrong as   they are the easy targets for the people, the same people who are   the victims of so called varieties, who are unable to quench their   desires with the very same variety woman who wear provocative   clothes, find the alternates in these poor innocents. Finally the   society is already affected with the so called variety clothes.  What is the purpose of marriage. The purpose of marriage is to   continue the humanity and society in a good way, to which St   Valentine struggled and died on Feb 14, for which we require a man   and a woman should lead a life happily be getting children. Which is   the more natural way of life than any of the so called posters of   freedom of love(lust), Love(lust) knows no genders etc. from whom   we can't expect the dreams of St.Valentine into reality.   The reason for it is think that there are only marriages of like   sex how will you be get children?. If there are no children, how is   it that Society and Socialism can achieved. The propagators of so   called socialism and free sex on mutual consent (communists) should   think of it. Because the thing what they are supporting is not a   natural thing but unnatural!  Kindly give a review on it.  If yo are not happy you can pass on whats there in mind. Its only a thought which can be brought into reality, and the purpose of which is to badger the pride of misguided woman who are ahead in the wrong direction of freedom and liberty and nothing more than that.  

The Slippers

It was a mild sweet sunny day, I woke up in the morning seeing the
mobile for time only to find that I'm getting late and has to hurry up
for a marriage.



With my usual pace I got myself ready and came out of the house to
wear my foot guards 'The Slippers', which were torn the previous
night. At once, with my anxiety and enthusiasm mixed along with my tab
on time, I thought of getting a new pair and started my journey with
torned ones.

As I was getting late to Muhurtham, surprisingly I was an early
customer too, to the Bengaluru Shop owners. I could hardly find any
shop that could provide me the slippers to safe guard my prestige and
the cobbler's shop was also closed near to my home.

Now I ushered its the testing time for me in front of my relatives,
suddenly relieving my mind by preaching myself with Krishna's words in
Bhagavadgita "Maanapamaanayoh" (To take both honor and dishonor with
tranquility). As my mother was early to the marriage again a sense of
fear awoke, when I thought of my mother by chance of looking at my
foot.

Somehow the journey with my two wheeler went on with these tantrums,
at once I saw the cobbler's shop, huh a sigh of relief. Parking my
vehicle on the other side safely, protecting from speedy F1s and moto
sports and further giving an thought and care as there could be added
small journey of running race to the nearby traffic police station,
that can happen by the courtesy of Bengaluru traffic police and
straightly went to cobbler and asked for repair, by this time forgot
that I had to buy new pair. Suddenly my eyes went on to the new ones
hanging. I asked the cost followed by the manufacturer. The answer was
outrageous! What? yes. He told that it was not made or manufactured by
him. It was from a different source from whom he bought. But I thought
it was made by him. This is the fate of a country whose cobblers were
once so excellent in their profession, some of whom were able to do
even surgeries for skin torn apart.

These days cobblers (Karma yogis:- they have not left there
profession) has to earn their lively hood only by repairing the shoes
and slippers, only to hear from the unrepaired minds (owners) of the
repaired shoes/chap pals that, why they have to pay so much for such a
menial work or menial job which any typical Indian usually do,   once
they are in a petty shop- Bargaining. But where this extraordianry
skill which has its legacy and ancestry find roads to escape, once the
same guy enters to a mall which contains branded products with the
price cards of 999/- only. The possible reason would be the cobbler is
a financially a poor man with whom the bargaining can be done, as
there is no problem of status. In other words there cannot be
scarringly disgusted eye sights towards you from the fellow
participants in the show of program, from whom the bad ego in you can
hurt (Without ego there cannot be a living entity, but bad ego hurts).
Moreover bargaining in India is having a notion that it is done among
low class (low income !) people. But in reality it is not so.

All these lingered and wavered in minds during the process of repair
with one thought which can evolve the lives of these people in a new
direction, What if, if the cobbler is made self sufficient? means, If
he/she can cater the local needs, which could give a fair competition
to the FDIs (foreign direct investments), the jumbo retailers and to
the open marketers, in turn give a proper meaning to liberalizations.

The business tycoons both Indian and foreign who are in the process of
polarizing the commodities to their brands and trying to attract all
the people to them for every cap and shoes.Finally people forced to
adhere to anything and everything done to products, anything added or
removed from the product and sold as the same product to the public.

The products sold by the process of liberalization at its horizon is
in fact converge into one entity/node by the concept of survival of
fittest, here it is the money, power,, and marketing strategies that
supersede the quality which has to take a back seat in the process, in
turn with increased cost.

Forget money,power(muscle) or marketing strategies even the required
raw materials are not present with most of the local cobblers! how can
this be a fair market according to the concept of  liberalization and
open market? Its as good as sending the men to borders with bare foot
with no weapons to safe guard the country in North east, as we did
once in 1962 under the able leadership of J.Nehru.

Liberalization do have its advantages, it can pave ways to increase
the bilateral trade and in turn increasing the relations of countries.
But this is for particular products, where the raw raw materials,
natural resources (water), skilled labor with machinery and customers
are not at single place.But  the poor cobblers fate is shinning ahead,
if we make no further delay in seeing the above required things and
the multitude of jobs created, all at one place BHARATH.

With these thoughts, I got my slippers back with a gesture of smile
and with a Re 10/- to the hands of cobbler, went to the function only
to see the different brands in different foots, some pointed in toes,
some at heels, some shinning and some even dazzling. The repaired
slippers only had a silent vision of all these.
